On Sunday the 29th of June, Iris House Dad’s enjoyed an afternoon in the winter sun at the Edgemead soccer club. Paddy of the Edgemead Club kindly allowed Iris House to use the venue at no charge. The braai’s were stacked with wood donated by Antionette and Emmanuel (also an Iris House Family). Salads and breads were supplied by Iris House and the Dad’s brought their favorite braai meats. Congratulations to Gerrit on winning the Coke (back pack) picnic / chair and Paul on winning the coke serving tray. It was wonderful to see our Dad’s around the braai (and our Mom’s)
