Race Start Time: 8.30am for 9am – Race start by Minister Anroux Marais (Provincial Minister of Sport and Culture)

Entrance: R40 for adults – Under 12’s FREE

Theme: Olympics

Start and end point Iris House Children’s Hospice. The Race starts at 9am sharp! Our 5km route is wheelchair friendly and fun for all the family. Entry is R40 for adults and FREE for children. Prizes for the best-dressed buggy or wheelchair, best-dressed runner and walker as well as medals for first 100 participants. Market stalls, Fresh Food Stalls,  Boerewors Rolls, Burgers, Halal food stand, Bacon rolls, Face-painting, Cool drinks, jumping castle, lucky draws, music, best dressed prizes, medals for all pre booked entries, trophies for top 3 per category.

We have limited Market stands available on the day if you would like to book a stand please contact Natalie on – 021 910 0539 OR natalie@iris-house.org  (Cost is R150 per stand – please supply your own table and gazebo)  stalls needing electricity are limited, first come first served. Please ensure your product is family friendly.
